No refunds. If you're not satisfied with the sketch, please let me know right away—I’ll be happy to make any changes at that stage. However, once the sketch phase is complete, revisions will no longer be possible.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
I usually complete artwork within 14 days. However, unexpected delays (due to illness or personal matters) may occur. A delay of up to one day may happen without prior notice, but I will always inform you of any longer delays. Feel free to message me if you’re concerned or think I may have forgotten something.
If you need the artwork by a specific deadline, you must let me know immediately (preferably in the request form).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
